This specific soil chemistry shapes the highly localized Aleatico di Gradoli DOC, a sweet red wine produced in a restricted zone of just 4 municipalities. The same mineral-rich ground nourishes the delicate Lenticchia di Onano IGP and the robust Patata dell'Alto Viterbese IGP.
